Hole #1 (Par 4, 368 yards from white tees)
This hole begins your round of golf with a very slight dogleg right with a yawning fairway bunker at 230 yards from the tee. The pampas bush hides the bunker, while a drive to the left may be behind the solo fairway tree. The easier angle to approach this dynamic green is from the left.
Hole #2 (Par 4, 400 yards from white tees)
A gradual dogleg left with out of bounds left and challenged by the largest fairway bunker on the course with a 265 yard carry. Water hazards surround the putting surface placing a premium on accuracy of the approach shot.
Hole #3 (Par 5, 487 yards from the white tees)
Straight away, reachable in two par five with out of bounds on the right. A big drive challenges optimism going into this undulating, heavily guarded green complex. Large, deep green side bunkers take special attention and will change an expected birdie into a hard to swallow bogey.
Hole #4 (Par 4, 324 yards from the white tees)
Getting an itch? Slight dogleg left with a 250 carry over a treacherous fairway bunker. The length of the hole creates temptation with a huge premium on driving accuracy. Out of bounds guards the right side and comes into play as the fairway slopes left to right. Left is safe, but deep rough and approach angle diminishes. The greenside bunker is deep and positioned to demand accuracy along with out of bounds on right side and over.
Hole #5 (Par 3, 178 yards from the white tees)
A middle iron par 3 with no bunker, but often made difficult by deceptive winds. The putting surface is very large, but intriguingly sloped from front to back and right to left placing a heavy premium on location and putting fortitude. This hole will lull you to sleep on tee, but usually has beaten you on your way to #6.
Hole #6 (Par 5, 512 yards from the white tees)
Another straight away par 5, but usually not reachable because of the fairway bunker a 265 yard carry. A great drive will be rewarded by a downhill sloping fairway and will reward the player with an iron to the putting surface. Pin location and the greenside water hazard will determine the player’s strategy. A subtle false front and a narrow back shelf make the hole a great par 5.
Hole #7 (Par 3, 143 yard from the white tees)
A classic par 3 carrying over water in addition to three deep bunkers. Club selection has a premium and the prevailing winds create doubt. On the putting surface birdies can be had. The green is fairly flat with only a few dangerous pin locations.
Hole #8 (Par 4, 300 yard from the white tees)
Shot confidence from the teeing area will set you up for success. Strategic fairway bunkers persuade a left to right ball flight. The large fairway bunker straight away is a 180 yards carry, but the bunkering behind it is what will cause you headaches. With the green complex being very narrow, only ten paces in front and rear, hitting the short grass will gain a scoring advantage.
Hole #9 (Par 4, 416 yard from the white tees)
This is the most difficult hole on the course with driving distance off the tee being the premium. A water hazard covering the entire right side of the hole starting at the 140 yards marker and continuing around the backside of the green complex makes the approach shot nerve racking, yet exciting. In addition, the left side of the green complex is guarded by a straight forward bunker, but the green complex slopes away from it and towards the water hazard. The green itself is gigantic and brings you into the clubhouse with lots of fun filled comments.
Hole #10 (Par 4, 346 yards from the white tees)
Let your snacks settle and tighten up your belt. A great challenge to start the back nine experience. This fairway is guarded by water hazards on both sides and driving accuracy is the premium. A 275 yard carry will fly the water hazard on the right, but the optimum thought is to get your tee shot around the 150 yard black and white location pole. Here the fairway is at its widest and access to the green complex is less intimidating.
Hole #11 (Par 5, 537 yards from the white tees)
This par 5 should be considered the most deceptive hole on the course. Strategic water hazards down the left side of the fairway then crossing in front of the green complex deters the player from attempting to get home in two. One of the best green complexes on the course, guarding the hole location with a water hazard front and right, tricky bunkering left and rear, and a diabolic undulating green surface.
Hole #12 (Par 3, 195 yards from the white tees)
The longest par 3 on the course along with the largest putter surface makes this an exciting challenge. This is the second par 3 on the course with no bunkers to challenge the player, but a 1400 square foot green with initiate a more than likely three putt.
Hole #13 (Par 5, 554 yards from the white tees)
A lot of golf here! Reaching this green in two is a nearly impossible thought. The only opportunity to have a chance would have to begin with a huge drive over the fairway bunker of a 265 yard carry. Green access is optimized by playing to the right side of the fairway on the second shot. Once on the green, the challenge is continued as this green complex has severe undulations and being on the difficult side of the pin location will test your putting skills.
Hole #14 (Par 3, 153 yards from the white tees)
This par 3 will allow you to let your guard down a little. A straight forward hole yet challenging bunker placement, a generous putting surface with steep sloping undulations, and out of bounds to the right. Do not be fooled as making par is still difficult.
Hole #15 (Par 4, 357 yards from the white tees)
This hole begins with a generous visual from the teeing area. Although the hole is lined to the left with out of bounds take aim at the middle of the fairway and let it rip. The green complex is guarded by two strategically placed, deep bunkers; but will reward a high soft second shot. The green is extremely long and a back pin location should not be shot at with aggression.
Hole #16 (Par 4, 315 yards from the white tees)
A very similar playing strategy as hole #8. Confidence off the tee can bring you rewards on a easy approach shot or agony. Trees line the fairway to the right and a very large, deep lateral hazard begins on the top edge of the rough line to the left. Hitting your second shot from either of these two positions will not bring a smile to your face. In addition, this green complex is awesome! Two defined levels connected with a very extreme undulation make the putting surface fun and exciting.
Hole #17 (Par 4, 350 yards from the white tees)
This hole is a very true test of golf. With lateral hazards (water left and heavily tree-lined to the right) on both sides and water hazard directly in front of the green this hole with test your discipline. A premium is being in the fairway off the tee box, but will not guarantee you a simple approach shot to the green. With no bunkers being on the hole, the challenge exists with a narrow approach being dictated from the tree line to the right and the water hazard in the front of the green complex.
Hole #18 (Par 4, 405 yards from the white tees)
Number 18 is a great hole to complete a fun round of golf. With a newly defined out of bounds to the right, as well as, a water hazard off the tee down the left side of the fairway demands a straight, but long drive. After a solid drive the finale comes to an end with a large, forgiving green.
